Deal is back from last weekend but $10 less. KO Ultra 2060 is also $10 less than last weekend at $209.99

I picked up the KO Ultra last weekend and emailed for price match within 14 days but it's at "EVGA discretion". No phone line open over the weekend and the only way to email for price match I could find was an online form on their website. Good luck.
Google search "EVGA associate coupon code". I was able to get 3% off using it but it must be entered into the associate code field NOT coupon code. Maybe it still works.

Tom's rates the 2060 above the GTX 1080 and RTX 3050, so it's quite powerful. Power efficiency isn't spectacular like the 6600.

Vanilla rx6600 vs rtx2060 - rx6600 is approx 13% faster:

$210 for the KO Ultra means an rx6600 needs to be $235-240 to match price to performance.
DLSS is better than FSR but neither card can really ray trace all that effectively. I've always bought Nvidia but drivers are supposedly on par these days. Rx6600 is a little more efficient and has 8gb of vram vs 6gb on 2060. Both are the value kings at 1080p with 1440p on last gen titles if you don't need crazy fps. GPU market is so much better than before but will probably keep dropping. I needed something now as I was still limping a gtx1060.

Completely throwing a dart - 10-15% bottleneck so not bad. It's the max I would couple with that CPU. Hope this video helps as the CPU is similar and has solid performance...
4790 with 2060 - https://youtu.be/Qqy0WBV7si8
4770k is still decent...my old PC I handed down to my sibling had an rx480 in it paired with a 4790k. I noticed no big cpu bottlenecks. At 4k maybe...2060 paired with a 4770k should be fine for 1080p and lite 1440p. Ah ddr3...
1070 = 1660ti so 2060 is only about 15% faster. Total side grade at that point. 3060ti is probably the most logical upgrade to see a jump, it's almost twice as fast as the 1070. Unfortunately the best deal is BestBuy 3060ti FE when in stock for $399 vs $200 for these cards.
