When someone fails to pay the bill, disappears, dies... You're left with your number hostage.

Just get visible, $25 unlimited family pricing and you don't get stuck if you have family or group issues like energy said

I don't disagree with you at all, but if you look carefully visible has changed their business plan. Now the lowest plan is $30 and they are eliminating party pay.

True. Just saw the updates. Although technically anyone is free to lock in and keep party pay between now and mid-october.

Even at $30 it's still a better deal than this circle plan

Visible would have been tempting to make a switch from AT&T prepaid in order to save some money.

I opened visible line with party pay just 2 weeks back! It looks like existing subscribers will be able to retain the plan for $25 with party pay as long as visible supports it, which I am guessing another year a two. Is this a right (positive) thought?

Based on what people have been discussing in Reddit, $25/mo with Party Pay would be locked in until Jan 2023.

Even if it goes up to $30/mo after Jan. 2023, the plan now includes domestic roaming + low latency so I think it's still worth it.

Neat idea, but I'm guessing the account owners are going to be the ones holding the bag when/if this all falls apart.

Was with these guys. These guys are scammy and see increase their subscription charges in less than a week's notice. Wouldn't deal with them at all.

So 5 more months of $25, I think good enough time to look for alternates. Heard US Mobile is also good, and will explore more options.

I have tried US Mobile's VZ service (and also their T-Mobile service). One of their (surely paid) influencers claims that their VZ service is QCI8, which is probably equivalent to the new tier on Visible's $45 plan. I am almost sure that Visible has always been QCI9 which is less priority (lower QCI numbers are better with more priority).

I know this thread really is not about Visible, and it needs its own.

I totally agree with you.
One thing I don't like about US Mobile is that the fees and taxes add up to $7+/mo.
