Yes it does. They count it the day it ships if it's even believable anymore. Not from the day of order to shipment.
Thanks, OP would love to get this but half my stuff is USB and C and even with adapters some devices don't work because not every adapter is capable of data transfer, and if it is it's usually a joke. Unless any one know of good USB to C and vice versa.
