I think it must be hit and miss ordering from Zavvi. I ordered the ECTO-1 from a SD this year and it arrived in good shape in a timely manner. I'm not picky about the box condition but I've had issues with Amazon and Target, getting boxes that are really damaged. Walmart has been the best for me (and the Lego store).

I ordered the Lego Delorean 10300 set this summer from the same merchant. I placed the order on 7/16 and received the set on 7/21 in perfect condition. I live on the east coast. Sadly, I missed this deal and hope it comes back.
