If you can find this in stock, it's a great deal and gets you most of the way there. This is more than enough power for things like assembling furniture and household projects.
The only thing it's not great for is actually drilling into the wall. For something heavy, like a TV mount, you typically want to find a stud, drill a pilot hole with a drill, and then use this to send the screw in.
The good news is that this gets you into Ryobi's ecosystem for $25, and it shouldn't be too hard to find an 18V drill at some point at a really good price.

Brickseek will get you close, but yes you have to check in store. YMMV (your mileage may very) in the title usually means it's clearance in store, not online.
