If you need to have GPIO access, the pins are hidden under the case, but a GPIO extender cable (or 40-pin IDE cable) will fit through a slot on the case.
For those of you looking for a Pi, Adafruit reliably has them on Wednesday mornings.

No gains at all really.

Sell us a copper heatsink and give us the stl files that go with it why we need to spent $11 for something that cost $2 of nylon and spent all that greenhouse moving it across the ocean everytime.

In theory the copper heat sink without an active fan would only do so much before not being able to dissapate the heat. This uses the outside of the case as well as contact for heat transfer.
