The 90 day return window might be useful because you'll get this bike and realize that it has no use case - it can't actually be ridden on trails and the things that make it a "mountain bike" make it really awful for riding on roads (terrible suspension and knobby tires sap the effort put into pedaling and are really inefficient).
If you want a toy to be discarded after something breaks (no, probably not the frame, but most of the junk parts on this can't be easily replaced) then go ahead and get this - if you want a bike to ride for more than a couple months get something else.

My gf and I are going on our 3rd year with our Walmart Hyper brand (same as this) mountain bikes. They're ebikes but basically the same level of quality as this hyper mountain bike, but with rear hub motor and a battery. We paid $400 each on sale from a deal posted here. We LOVE them. We only get to ride once or twice a month. We've ridden hundreds of miles. We even take them on vacation. The only part to break in all those miles is the little plastic sensor disc on the crank for the motor sensor. I suspect it broke during loading/unloading from our bike rack. A new one is like $8. A little epoxy I already had on hand fixed it 👍🏼
The first few weeks the chain kept falling off when shifting gears. Then I learned from YouTube on how to tweak the high/low limiter and a few other things, and it has been working well. I rode quite a lot -- estimated 1500-2000 miles total -- and have gone thru a few sets of brake pads, changed the handle bar rubber sleeves, fixed punctured inner tubes a few times, and even replaced the outer tires after the original ones worn out, all by myself. This bike allowed me to learn so much and I can pretty much fix anything for my family's bikes by ordering parts from amazon.
I mostly ride on city roads so I tightened the spring on the body to make that part as rigid as I can. I hope the front fork suspecting has a lockout but it might be too much to ask at this price.
Later I also bought a ~$600 REI CTY 1.1 bike which is of course much nicer in almost every aspect -- not a surprise for ~5x price. But I still ride this bike if I'm going to the shady part of the town, or places I know I have to park the bike very close to others and it'll be bumped and scratched a lot. If someone steals it, I might still cry a bit (like losing an old friend), but not for financial reason
When I bought this Walmart bike 2 years ago I knew nothing about bikes -- I didn't even know the difference between mountain bike vs hybrid vs road bike. If I had known at that time, I probably would have chosen a rigid bike given that I mostly ride on city roads. But still, this bike has served me well for basic commute needs, and I learned a lot on tweaking and fixing bikes. And it costed $124. No regret.
