I bought this from Amazon for about the same price and it work very well. Solid and deep enough bass. Won't blow you away. But for the price it's amazing.

I bought one years ago for my eldest son's room. Big enough to add some bass to his bookshelf speakers, not big enough to annoy the $#!t out of us!!

I'll be getting one for my youngest son's room at this price.

Yep did the same thing last summer. Added it to the sub out on my cheap sound bar in the garage. Think I paid a little over ~$50 and well worth it. A steal at this price.

Yup...if your soundbar has a subwoofer output. Otherwise, how else do you plan to hook this up?

If the tv and soundbar both have RCA input could just use a splitter.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...UTF8&psc=1

Only works if you have rcas though or you could by a tosslink to rca adptor etc.

I guess if your TV has RCA outputs for sound and your soundbar has RCA inputs for sound...it might work. Have not seen that in years. Typically it's all HDMI now.

If your looking at a 40$ sub one would assume you don't have a brand spanking high end new TV to pair it with. My 800$ TV has RCA out just one set would be ghetto but it would work.
