I bought this from Amazon for about the same price and it work very well. Solid and deep enough bass. Won't blow you away. But for the price it's amazing.

I bought one years ago for my eldest son's room. Big enough to add some bass to his bookshelf speakers, not big enough to annoy the $#!t out of us!!

I'll be getting one for my youngest son's room at this price.

Anyone know if it comes with a y adapter for the line level inputs? Most subs can accept just one cable sub in but this sub asks to use a y adapter

Sweet, i was actually in the market for a subwoofer. I'm building a budget hifi system, this will pair well with my Aiyima D05 and Sony SSCS5 speakers.

this one has hi-level in that you can put it between your (small) speakers and amp/receiver, taking advantage of the frequency filter in the subwoofer, seamlessly adding bass to your existing system.

Great price.

If you buy 2, you can make your small speakers to a pair of full-range speakers...

Are you sure on that? The manual says this would go in parallel with the speakers.

Nice deal for a brand new 8" sub. Would work great for most music but you'd still be missing a lot of low end when it comes to movies. I've scooped up some decent 10's and 12's on the used market lately for under $50.00.
