Someone's gotta say it - the Social Groups

Ok, this may or may not be a popular opinion, but IMO the social groups are a bad thing.
Yeah, it's nice to be able to mess with Autumn and her run for mod, and it is nice to be able to talk to others that need a place to vent and hear from just 'friends'.

However, I think it will divide the Lounge and overall is not a good thing for the Lounge.

It's also harder to keep up with things because it adds more places you gotta check.

Serious reply (you only get 1 per day): Does it really bother you that much? The Lounge always had social groups, they just weren't officially recognized until now.

That's what doesn't make sense about them. If a person is going to ignore those threads (groups) anyway, they'd already be in their ignore area. And to join them is the same as subscribing to those threads anyway, right?
