In fact if you were to go to Europe right now, and bring with you some typical American wheat flour, and you went over to Europe, and got some of their typical wheat flour, you would be surprised how much different the two flours are. One sets up totally different than the other, one works totally different than the other, the pesticides in the GMO's really change the way the flour works here.
To each their own.
No GMO for me.
When we stop eating FOOD and eat FOOD PRODUCTS the problems start.
When you see ingredients you don't have in your home, be wary.
I spent a lot of time working with a food chemist who informed me of all the crap they call FOOD PRODUCTS vs REAL FOOD.
Nobody would find themselves in a worse position by eating NON-GMO.
But like I said, if you prefer genetically modified, Enjoy!
