I know some spices have minimal carbs/sugar but strange they only added "keto friendly" label to turmeric. Might as well put vegan, paleo, vegetarian ect..

There's a lot that goes into what would be included vs what isn't, there are also space constraints, but the general answer as to why any specific diet or ingredient would be called out seemingly out of place is for that SEO benefit... (or perceived benefit, anyway).
