They have a online unlock portal. Once your phone is eligible to be unlocked, you can go there, enter your phone number and email, then they will email you the unlock code to enter into the phone. (You can also call or chat with the reps if you want)

deactivate that phone. reactivate on another line. should unlock after 60 days.

I unlocked this phone and all things went well.
I even checked with Tracfone and they confirmed it was unlocked.
However, I today could not activate this phone with Boost Mobile (T-mobile card). Boost Mobile told me this phone cannot be used on T-mobile network.

STRANGE!
Any advise?

Same for me. I bought in Aug 2022, paid for 30-day service, waited 60 days after activation date, but no Auto Unlock. After multiple chats and phone calls then, was told the reconditioned phone was first activated before 11/2021, so would either need 12 months of service or wait 12 months after that initial activation? Confusing since the latter should have happened by now, so I went back to CS today but was told it's still not eligible for unlock, with this same no-go message from their unlock portal. Good luck to you guys.
