Yeah, I have no knowledge of Wyze floodlight. I think that's probably 1080 vs 2K, but I'm not sure how much difference that works out to. Similar price! Probably worth checking into reviews. I have experience with 2 of these and they've been trouble free and I'm very happy with the picture. I have 4 other Eufy outdoor cameras and have had an issue with 2! Warranty replaced with "used" cameras and have been trouble free since. I have no conclusive opinion on which is better.

Out of the box it only has local onboard storage (not on any removable media). I believe you only need WiFi to setup the camera but after that, you will not be able to control camera or view the recordings without internet unless you have a device that is connected to the same WiFi.
You also have the option to pay for cloud storage. But inevitably you are going to need internet to get the full benefits. I have the black version of this and it's not without its problem. Have to reboot the camera or router occasionally (could be the fact that my wife and I probably looking at the camera when we get an alert). My asus router is less than 50 feet away but signal has to penetrate brick. I recently updated to latest firmware so hopefully it's less problematic. I also have the floodlight cam 2 pro which I have yet to set up.

No RTSP, and yet they seem to lean into the no cost thing with their advertisement:

Get the black version with circular flood lights from Eufy. They have a 30 day return policy for any reason. Weird that Eufy doesn't sell this white version of the camera. Their white 2K version has square lights which IMHO looks better than the circular lights.

More established camera brands like Dahua make RTSP floodlight cameras, but cost like $180. I think the point is you install it and it costs an extra $80. But for $80 you can do more with it and you're guarantee it works until it physically breaks.

Every single cloud based product will stop working when the company decides they no longer want to support the free cloud function. Every. Single. One. For something you take the time to mount and install, that's a PIA.

I'd say Eufy will probably stop supporting this in less than six years. If you're a business person, unless you're leveraging the camera images to make some kind of revenue, it makes no sense to keep maintaining cloud costs in 2028 with less than $100 of 2022 dollars when you already got paid. If it were me, that's what I'd do.

I'm familiar with Dahua. Good brand! What model Dhua is 2K, floodlight, wireless, hardwired, 24/7 recording with TSP for $180? I've always came across higher prices, but I haven't looked in ahwile.

My cameras are set to 5 FPS. I had to look through footage last night for someone who was breaking into cars. I had plenty of clear usable footage even at 5 FPS. Moving to 15 FPS would not have been helpful for me in that use case, but it certainly would have tripled my storage space requirements.

One benefit of the BlueIris software (that reads RTSP among other protocols) is that it does a rolling overwrite of older video when the drive reaches your set maximum. I set mine up with a 10k RPM 1TB drive, which is plenty for any FPS 30 and under. However I still set mine at 15 or less, because of the impact on my wifi network. I'm going to eventually upgrade to wired, but wireless gave me the capacity to determine where I wanted the cameras to be permanently set. Once I do that, I may try setting them to 30 FPS because I can't see any other negatives by that point. More data may eventually be useful one day.

I updated my original post, I misspoke about the ads. With that said, the app is still slow. The point I'm making here is that everytime you load the app, it must go through their server first.

Local RTSP is a 100% better option.

And maybe motion detection works perfectly for you, but that doesn't mean it works perfectly for everyone. I'm here to say it's imperfect for me.
