But you can see that even with the 2.5 on the K1900 its pulling 11 amps vs 12.8 on the K1700. So if you were to use a 3.0 nozzle on the K1900 it'll increase the gpm and also pull even less amps than that which can be important depending on your circuit breaker (usually 15 amps standard for homes) and how many devices you're running at once.

Does the induction motor on the 1900 make a difference?

I don't, sorry. He said it in almost a throwaway comment during one of the videos on Karcher. I noticed he didn't even include the 1900 and 2000 in his spreadsheet even though he apparently tested them. 🤷🏼
I've already ordered so it doesn't matter at this point (to me). I'm sure I'll be fine with it.
I could use a gas one bc I have a ton of concrete (walkways, pool patio, and driveway) not to mention a pretty large porch and deck that has pvc railing and decking which needs annual cleaning.
Just not interested in the cost, storage space required, and gas/oil/starting maintenance of a gas model though.
I bought the Ryobi 1800 psi one. It cost me $100. Its better than sun joe and works good for my car. Foam cannon is useless btw. However the 20ft kink free high pressure hose is amazing.
