I had already hedged my bets, buying 2x5 qts in 2 separate purchases in-store at Home Depot, so she said I should submit two rebates on two different forms. I did that and got paid very promptly, within about 4 weeks, received by email, and within minutes had redeemed it as Amazon GCs, and loaded them to my Amazon account.

As I said in an earlier comment, they'll use any excuse to deny your rebate if it's not to the letter of their terms. I wouldn't risk mixing oil types in a single $25 rebate.
