Was able to cancel the shop towels so for just the oil it was $18.24 each.
$36.48 - $25.00 = $11.48 + tax for 10 quarts

This great rebate deal has been around for a few months. When it first came out, I called Pennzoil to confirm this. The answer was that yes, it is OK to submit 4x 5qt purchases on the same form, but ONLY if they were all bought on the same receipt.

I had already hedged my bets, buying 2x5 qts in 2 separate purchases in-store at Home Depot, so she said I should submit two rebates on two different forms. I did that and got paid very promptly, within about 4 weeks, received by email, and within minutes had redeemed it as Amazon GCs, and loaded them to my Amazon account.

Happy to help out. Don't forget when you submit you'll need to provide proof of delivery if shipped. I found that the only (or at least easiest) way to accomplish this was to snip an image of my order on walmart.com (with order date, order number, total, items purchased, and delivery date), save it as an image file, then upload that when submitting my rebate. Trying to print the order was a total fail; their print interface is terrible and I couldn't get it to capture the details that the rebate stipulates. Hope that helps you and others; snipping images is easy and captures everything you need.

I want to submit for one rebate of $25.00 GC. I bought 2 of the 5 quart jugs - Pennzoil Platinum® High Mileage Full Synthetic motor oil.

Does anyone know what number to fill in small box that shows to the left of the corresponding line item in the rebate form on selecting the checkbox for that line item? The choices in this box are the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4.

I put one, for one purchase of 2, one $25 rebate. It's like they intentionally make these forms confusing.

I sent the order invoice from the website, the page showing delivery details, and a screenshot of the order page as well because it showed everything.

Can the towels be returned at full price after they are delivered?

Well, mine was a order for store pickup, not for delivery. Also, I do not see anything called invoice at Walmart's website for the order.
