Was able to cancel the shop towels so for just the oil it was $18.24 each.
$36.48 - $25.00 = $11.48 + tax for 10 quarts

This great rebate deal has been around for a few months. When it first came out, I called Pennzoil to confirm this. The answer was that yes, it is OK to submit 4x 5qt purchases on the same form, but ONLY if they were all bought on the same receipt.

I had already hedged my bets, buying 2x5 qts in 2 separate purchases in-store at Home Depot, so she said I should submit two rebates on two different forms. I did that and got paid very promptly, within about 4 weeks, received by email, and within minutes had redeemed it as Amazon GCs, and loaded them to my Amazon account.

Edit: I just did the same hack for my second rebate, cancelling the shop towels after placing the order. $11.48 shipped for 10 quarts after rebate. That's WAY better than the original deal; you're paying $4+ for each roll of shop towels that you may not want. Super slick after the hack. Wow. Hats off to you, fellow SDer.

The receipt upload page says to include the "original retailer identified and dated purchase receipt". Was your snipped image "retailer identified"? I'm not sure how to include the retailer name without manually stitching things together. The "Some of your items were delivered at (time)" e-mail seems to include all the required components, so I wonder if that would work.

After submitting the receipt from a screenshot at Walmart, it only took a few minutes to get the email stating that the submission was received. I've not received the 'Approval' yet. But since the first email ended up in the spam box, the approval probably will too. Hope this helps a little.

Applied for rebate on 9/1/22 and today is 9/17/22 with rebates still in "In Process" status. Planning on jumping through a couple of hoops to get approved rebate but will avoid using the oil until approved. Will return if it gets too cumbersome.....

The x1 as quantity I believe is for quantity of rebates. Which is definitely misleading, as one can only get 2 rebates total, so the ability to enter 3, or 4 in that box doesn't make sense.

You could always try selecting x1 in two separate boxes and see what they say.

No idea what everyone is talking about. If you take a screenshot of the order page at Walmart.com after the package was delivered, it clearly shows every single info that Pennzoil requires. Alternatively, exporting the page as PDF also works flawlessly for me.
Anyone got some details on the gift card? Doesn't appear to be a prepaid Visa, so which "retailers" is it good for?
