Was able to cancel the shop towels so for just the oil it was $18.24 each.
$36.48 - $25.00 = $11.48 + tax for 10 quarts

This great rebate deal has been around for a few months. When it first came out, I called Pennzoil to confirm this. The answer was that yes, it is OK to submit 4x 5qt purchases on the same form, but ONLY if they were all bought on the same receipt.

I had already hedged my bets, buying 2x5 qts in 2 separate purchases in-store at Home Depot, so she said I should submit two rebates on two different forms. I did that and got paid very promptly, within about 4 weeks, received by email, and within minutes had redeemed it as Amazon GCs, and loaded them to my Amazon account.

I got the 0w20 and if I return the paper towels it is $13.28 total for two 5 quart jugs so even without the rebate this is a smoking hot deal.

I bought 4 jugs on one receipt and submitted it 3-4 weeks ago. Nothing yet. I also bought in store. They do have a lot more purchase proof if you order online. I think they need the order confirmation and a confirmation that it was actually delivered.

I don't know how you would do that given that the towels are not listed separately on the order.

When this comes back alive which it does…..

once you place the order and it's on your Walmart account, it will adjust the oil and paper towels to their own prices. Like the Home Depot deals do.
And it makes 1 roll of paper towels almost $5, and they are normally only $2.97 a roll, I believe. So it's a no brainer to return the paper towels after purchase. Even without the rebate you are getting a great deal on the oil.
