$36.48 - $25.00 = $11.48 + tax for 10 quarts
I had already hedged my bets, buying 2x5 qts in 2 separate purchases in-store at Home Depot, so she said I should submit two rebates on two different forms. I did that and got paid very promptly, within about 4 weeks, received by email, and within minutes had redeemed it as Amazon GCs, and loaded them to my Amazon account.

EDIT: Tried to order and got out of stock warning at checkout.

I finally tried doing it on my iPhone. It works perfectly.
It seems the rebate form was written to be done on a mobile device or app. It fails miserably on a PC browser, but works great on a mobile device.
If you are having problems submitting the rebate on a PC, try your iPhone.
The denial was my fault - I sent the order confirmation email to the rebate team without reading - it literally just gives an order number, but not what's actually ON the order. I've resubmitted as per their instruction in the rejection email.
But I can't help but thinking 8 weeks to process a rebate is unacceptable in this day and age, when everything is electronic and uploaded.
I can see 8 weeks 20 years ago when you have to fill out paper forms, mail them in, process by hand (or on a mainframe), mail them back.
But come on. 8 weeks? They could program a bot to do this in seconds.
