Look for one with a high color accuracy screen that's at least 300 nits brightness. Do some more research since I don't know what the good specs are, but it used to be at least 90% SRGB coverage. Don't know what's good coverage for NTSC.

Photo editing can be done by any laptop. 4K video editing is going to require basically top tier laptop, so a gaming laptop.
