Edit: 2 things worth noting:
1. I feel obligated to point out that the best way to achieve reduction in blue light intake is simply to reduce your exposure to it altogether. Turning off screens more often and especially in the hours before bed. But this isn't realistic for everyone in a world where content creators require screens for their income.
2. Most decent mid range to high end montitors have a low blue light mode. As do almost all modern phones. If your monitor and phone already have this, these glasses are most likely redundant.
Before if I played for a very long stretch of time 5+ hours sometimes I would get watery eye like if you was going to cry or even eye twitches
But since having my blue light blocking glasses for a year I never gotten any of those problems anymore

Am I missing something? Because there didn't seem to be any way to choose a prescription for it, even on checkout.
No use in a good deal on a good pair of glasses if I can't even see while wearing them...

Some might posit that 5+ hours of gaming could evoke feeling of sadness
