If you are in a bright room and sit 2 arms length away, id get the best buy.
If you are in a dim room and get finger prints on your monitor, id get the gigabyte.
Personally, I use this for my work laptop via Type C and my desktop gaming machine via DisplayPort. It is super convenient to plug in my laptop and everything just starts working.
I paid $279 a few days ago and that was a good deal. I am going to return to take advantage of the $50 difference in price.

Viewsonic has an anti glare coating to the screen an a blue light filter. Some people may find these features useless, I personally like them.
Both of them are a good deal at around $200 imo, and it's not worth the return if you thought of switching.

The HP X32 is brighter but this one is bright enough unless you have direct sunlight on it.
So it depends if having more ports, curved display, and PIP is worth more money or not.
Kind of like when you make the jump from 55 to 65 inch screen. It'll feel too big for about a day and thats it.
I went from 27 to 32 and it seemed enormous, now never think about it
