To the people saying it's dead. This is their quarterly promotion. It will be back, must be site issues.

They may have eliminated the hackable versions of these deals. Theyre selling the m12 rocket + 2x 6ah batteries and charger for $199 (same as from this deal) but not hackable. And it is a "labor day savings"

Possible yes, but I frequent these deals, with new promotions the first day or two is glitchy. Usually for the better though people end up with stellar deals then they pull the listing. Most recent was the paddle grinder with battery and another free gift battery

Thanks for posting! Considering the 3" cutoff tool - bc a.) it's adorable and b.) seems like it would come in handy for a few upcoming projects - but not sure how significantly it differs from an oscillating multi tool, which I already own. Any impressions/thoughts?
I've used it about as much as my oscillating tool. If you're doing stuff like flush cuts, stick with the oscillating tool, the cutoff is a bit too thick. If you're wanting to cut lumber, use a circular saw. It's biggest selling point for me was tile and metal, which I wouldn't use an oscillating tool or circular saw for. It's also good for things where the oscillating tool is underpowered, but the circular saw would be too big, like plunge cuts into flooring for vents. They use that a lot in their marketing. I used mine to trim down the bolts on my dog's carting rig so they don't jab him. You *can* use it on thin "hobby" wood, but it's specifically stated to not use it on wood. They do, however, offer an adapter for Dremel's cutoff tool, which Dremel sells a wood blade for. It's the only attachment Dremel offers that Milwaukee doesn't, so it's odd they'd include the adapter. That job could also be done by any number of tools, so I wouldn't buy it just for that. I used it to cut the pegboard for my tool bench without a problem. Just be sure to use a guide, it's an abrasive wheel, not a blade so it can move around a bit.

Ordered a couple of the $129 deal. Can't get the $199 deal to add to cart with any of the "free" tools.

WARNING: it appears some of the same items in the two 6.0 kit promo are also in the 2.4/4.0 kit promo. The same items are more expensive with the two 6.0s. For example, the M12 blower is $66.11 whereas with the 2.0/4.0 it's $56.01.

These are pretty great deals for the M12 4.0/2.0 battery kit promos:

M12 Rover light: $44.95 (was $50 Black Friday 2021, I jumped on it this time)

M12 3/8" Crown Stapler: $61.90

M12 Inflator: $61.90 (one of the best 12v inflators I've used, always recommended)

M12 Blower: $56.01 (quite tempting)

M12 Rotary tool: $56.01

M12 1/4" impact: $56.01 (don't even bother, go for a fuel version)
How's the m12 inflator should I hold out for the m18?

for light duty tasks like topping off normal sized car or truck tires, inflating bike tires or pool floats the M12 is perfect. if you have really large tires or need to regularly need to fill tires more than a couple PSI often the M18 would be the better choice. IMO for a "typical" homeowner the M12 is perfectly fine and i use mine all the time.
