Anyone know what the return/refund policy is at Walmart for a bed in a box? The interwebs isn't quite clear on it, mattresses need to be unopened in order to qualify for a return yet how can you know you like it unless you unbox and inflate it?

I've had this mattress for over 10 years now, when it was just the Spa Sensations name. The tech may have changed over time, but it's held up great and I've always been very happy with it. Of note, it's heavy AF, like a 100lb burrito when in the vacuum sealed bag. I don't know what the return process would be but once that genie comes out of the bottle…

It's 90 days. They have freight services pick it up. It can be opened, and still returned.

This is what it says on the product page.

My personal experience is what I relayed, meaning I currently am returning this same exact bed and purchased another one. I purchased the 1st one a few weeks back for $350, but one of the corners of the bed didn't take the shape it was supposed to, so I decided that I was going to return it, as I've purchased several of these beds over the past 10 years and never had an issue with them. When I went to the product page I saw that they had lowered the price by $90. So when I went to initiate an online return, it told me that Estes Freight Services will pickup the mattress on this coming Monday. However, this is only on items shipped to your home.

Ours came today. Popped right up after cutting through the outer plastic. Doesn't look like it won't inflate all the way and it's only been an hour. Thanks OP, I have my hopes high!

We left the windows open overnight while the mattress was expanding. There was a smell present the next morning but it seemed like it was the green tea infusion they advertise for this model. It was not unpleasant and now, about 24h later, it's not noticeable any longer

After the first night sleeping on it I would have to agree. Medium firm with a plush layer on top. You sink in a little and then the support from the bottom layer kicks in. I'm a side sleeper and I love it! Wife's still asleep but I'll ask her later 😉
