During check out process it will ask/assign a new number, do not get confused, it's because new iPhone 14 Pro just works with eSIM and every eSIM Activation is with a new phone number, but you can make the port-in after activation.

The details for the Airpod 3 and $200 slightly differ. For the Airpod 3: "Transfer your number from an Eligible Carrier within 14 days."

Update:
I managed to ask the customer service about porting in and esim.
So at the checkout you will need a new number, but they assured me not to panic.
Once upon receiving the device, I can start the port in process.
As long as I do within 30 days, the promo will be valid.
