Mailed in my severely cracked note9 during the previous $50 offer. They replaced front screen, back glass, front camera and some sensors that were damaged. As good as new at no extra charge.... to and fro shipping included.

I had the same exact problem doing it through the mail in service when I was logged into my Samsung account online. I was also unable to setup a walk in appointment. I logged out and was able to schedule a walk-in service with ubreakifix by specifying my device and staying logged out.

My fold has crack on front so I know I can get the 250 fix, but My hinge won't open all the way causing my screen protector to fail on 2nd screen. Does anyone know if I submit the fix for the front as per this deal if my secondary repairs will get done without extra charge?

for those that have traded in for past promos, RECENTLY, how anal is samsung on light surface scratches? I have two that are less than 3/4" long that are actual scratches but don't affect functionality or visibility. i see this promo does cover cosmetic issues

If there is an extra charge, they will let you know the extra charge then you decide whether to fix it or not.

You will need to submit the repair request to see if that is an option. This is depend on where you live, they asked for your zip code to determine if mail in or walk in is your option. Later you will see the repair choice with regular price and Samsung promo price.

No complaints from me with this screen repair service. Two winters ago one of the kids dropped an S10e in a foot of snow and didn't realize it until the snowblower found it! The phone still functioned, but the screen was destroyed...only about the top half inch actually displayed anything. Was holding on to the phone for such an offer. I did the "Mail in" repair not sure what would happen. But got it back yesterday with a new screen and I think a new LCD and it works great. It'll be a second phone/backup for now.

go to your samsung account, register your phone then submit the repair ticket. You shall see it if your phone can be sent out for repair with this promo.

On Boost now and service has gone to shit.

I guess Boost now owned by Dish which why service terrible.
Only paying $120/mo for 4-lines unlimited with 30g hotspots but given how bad service is now ready to switch just need to find a deal.

Just curious, how long did it take? Trying to see if its better to send them by mail

My wife has the same phone. They determine price and options based on your IMEI. Came out to about $110 incl. tax for mail-in option.
