Mailed in my severely cracked note9 during the previous $50 offer. They replaced front screen, back glass, front camera and some sensors that were damaged. As good as new at no extra charge.... to and fro shipping included.

Did it on Chase twice already. Pretty easy. Actually got reimbursed more than what the repair costs do to this promo. Maxed out the Chase benefit so I've switched to paying with my Amex platinum.

Quit data point. Sent in my 21 ultra with scratches on the front screen and a shattered back glass. I haven't received my device back yet because I'm in the Orlando area and everything is delayed due to hurricane Ian. However, the email that I received definitely Shows that they replaced multiple things on my phone for the $100 charge. I'm pretty sure they replaced the front and back glass as well as the battery.

You shall see them on the receipt when they return it back to you. It will list all the parts they did.

Just got it. Samsung replaced the front and back glass, and I think the battery. Interesting, though, that they did not replace the housing (metal around the phone). Overall, I'm very, very happy for the $100 I spent. Now I'm off to Swappa to sell it.

I have the Chase Freedom Flex which I got for this sole purpose. Don't use for anything but Tmobile bill with $0 annual fee. I've used once without issues. Got a repair quote from Batteries Plus and they credited me the amount minus $50 deductible. Funny thing is that I ended up getting screen repaired at BestBuy who charged $150 and no taxes. Chase still paid me $179 + taxes from quote.

I just did this. It was a magnificent waste of time and money. Galaxy note Ultra 20 5G. After 3 hours of phone calls, errors (ineptitude,) and speaking with 5 different people, they offered a phone buyout which would negate my promo with ATT (not worth it.) they didn't offer a screen repair. Yahoo are named Yahoo for a reason.

Just got my S10 back today. They damaged thr ear jack, but replaced it along with the display, back glass and microphone. It doesn't appear they replaced the battery.

download the battery cycle app and check if the cycle is set to zero. if so then you get the new battery.

My mom just cracked the front display of her note 10 +. Now the bottom half of screen shows all white mostly. Otherwise phone is still functional and I can use auto rotate to See obscured part of screen sometimes. Might she be eligible for this promotion the next time it runs or is it most likely there would be would be additional charges?

It will cost $200 to send it to repair now or if you can wait for the next promo, it will be $100 or may be $50. Additional charge may occur if they found any other problems with your phone. The repair cover front screen LCD and some mentioned back cover and battery replacement.
