Mailed in my severely cracked note9 during the previous $50 offer. They replaced front screen, back glass, front camera and some sensors that were damaged. As good as new at no extra charge.... to and fro shipping included.

For zFold repair, the promo only included the inside screen. Mine was cracked on the outside screen and they want $519 for both.

Was able to make appointment on the last day for today. Now the store MUST also fix the back glass. +99. Just a heads up for the other guy. Fix it before you go. "All or nothing repair" they say. New to me. Super mad that i missed the 1000 dollar trade in recently. S21 ultra. It's 800 now and yes I'm repairing to trade in for s22 ultra.

It'll come back again soon Samtung needs the money flip and fold 4 aren't honestly cutting it for them so they'll want to push better deals than last November and December for those devices as they have to make companies buy slots for them for the s23 series and clear out the mass bulk hoarding in all their facilities.

Well, the insurance only triggers if (a) you used a Chase Freedom Flex card and (b) paid your bill with it. It's not that you purchased the phone, it's that you paid your bill. Check to see, though, whether your chase card has Purchase Protection, which generally covers stuff from accidental damage up to 90 or 120 days.

How often do they run this promo? I dropped my note 20 today and the screen cracked, and fading/flashing and is getting worse.

Looks like every couple months based on previous postings. Dropped my S10+ a couple days after this promo ended 😆 First time in about 10 years I've cracked a screen.

wife just had her note 20 ultra suffer the black screen of death. wonder if this deal and screen fix would help and included?

Edit: for context, i hadn't heard of the samsung bsod until it happened. really weird issue...
