I've been in the IT industry for over 20 years and I also do board repairs. Business grade machines tend to be built way better than consumer variants. Many of them are purchased on 2-4 year leases so they're built to survive that kind of daily use (and abuse). In contrast, most consumer machines are built to just last through the 1-yr warranty period. Here's some more detailed specifics of why I tend to recommend these over new consumer grade junk:
Construction: the chassis construction is usually way more robust than any consumer grade laptop which results in less flexing to the motherboard. Go to a retail store and pick up a consumer grade laptop by the front corner - bring it up to eye level and note the bending. Then, if you can find one, do the same with a business grade laptop. Always choose the one that flexes least. RoHS compliance means laptops now use lead-free solder which is much less malleable than lead and prone to breaking/micro-fracturing over time. Board flexing from cheap plastic chassis construction compounds that particular problem.
Higher quality parts and components: The keyboards, touchpads, and screens are also higher quality, as are the individual circuit components used - particularly capacitors. The business class machines almost always use a higher grade component vs consumer. That means they're more resilient to heating/cooling cycle stress and will just last longer.
Repairability: If things do break on a biz grade machine you can also typically find a good supply of inexpensive used and third-party parts - keyboards, fans, panels, etc. They're also usually much easier to repair as they're designed to be quickly field serviced on-site instead of consumer grade machines which are typically sent back to repair centers.
Serviceability / Upgradeability: almost all have easily accessible RAM slots & drive modules for upgrades. Many consumer models have tried to cost cut with soldered-in memory chips. Other upgrades are as simple as swapping the part - and parts are CHEAP. Upgrading to a backlit keyboard is about $10 and 15 minutes of time, for example. Upgrading to a higher resolution or touchscreen display is also usually possible and relatively inexpensive.

For just a hair over $200, yeah it's a good deal. Can't get Chromebooks this cheaply.

I'd say this is a really good deal then. Obviously upgrade that RAM.
