It's a beat 'em up. You walk from left to right with a limited set of strikes and grabs until you reach the end, where you face a boss with a special mechanic.

Perhaps you don't remember The Arcade Game, Manhattan Project, or Turtles in Time. They're all repetitive. They were made to eat up quarters in an arcade and Shredders Revenge is the same.

Was going to mention this as well. Lots of fun, if I didn't have it there I'd probably jump on this deal. If you liked the old school arcade's this is good mindless, yet monotonous fun.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan is a FAR superior game, made by Platinum Games. Also if you in a nostalgia mood then Transformers: Devastation made by Platinum Games also is very fun too. Very strange HASBRO games commissioned Platinum Games to make TMNT and Transformers games but they actually did a wonderful job.

Maybe the physical editions drop in October, but I'm not aware of another TMNT game due out in November.

I don't know what mutants Game you played but the one I brought was boring and repetitive.And every review said the same thing.

Great game. My son and I play it a few times a week. Beat it several times. Old school beat 'em up, which isn't always great for relay value but we love it.

Raph, no question. Did you see the way she looked at him in the original 1991 film? They almost made the turtle with two shells if you know what I mean.
