Although it is playable on PS5 be aware that it is locked to 30 fps and that's a huge deal breaker for me even on PS4. Racing games should always be 60 fps minimum in my opinion

Agreed. While it used to be the norm, once things moved to 60 fps it makes these older games at 30 seem janky.

Yeah I'm so tempted because the handling looks arcade like and i love arcade racers like ridge racer. But i have bought too many bad games because they're "just a few bucks."

It's good for a few hours of play. Yes the handling and driving physics aren't that great because its not a simulator. But it has a lot of modifications options for most cars. Even offers wide body kits, there aren't as many cars as forza. Car tuning options are a bit weird. Drifting is fun in this game easy to control.
