BTW as a rule it's good to stay away from anything with the word "enriched" in the ingredients list. That's an indication of very poor quality processed ingredients. It's especially important for things you may eat a lot of such as pasta. Generally pasta made with US wheat is enriched while Italian pasta is not. Most US wheat is GMO also while most European wheat is not.
