I have no idea if they are good or not but they are cheap. I myself ordered Michelin A/S 4 a week ago for roughly twice the price. I am picky a little. Reviews are on both sides for this. Some bad some good. Just tough it may be useful for some

Nokian is a fantastic brand most known for their snow tires. Mostly made in Finland.

I found a source from consumer report that they are rated lower than Hankook s1 Nobel. And I know from experience that Hankook tires are garbage . So I think these should not be great .
