Only weirdness I experienced was the invoice price was set at $289 instead of $279. Rep said the price would be adjusted after I paid the invoice. Not sure why that was necessary but I screenshotted the chat. My BB receipt shows the price adjustment so not sure if I'll be able to swap the Starlight for the midnight color I really want.
There was some weirdness with the chat app and navigating around. I recommend opening a new window to complete the transaction (or just order it ahead of time and keep the order number). Midway through the transaction I got bumped to a new rep and had to start over, but they also confirmed the eligibility.

Both times rep said they will cannot price match "in-store deals" online. The Staples ad shows "in store only"
Second rep preemptively said they don't price match staples ad before I even said anything

I'm honestly surprised at everyone that's having issues price matching. I've contacted Best Buy 3 times via chat and only 1 agent told me no. The other 2 where able to price match without any issues.
