I just checked and the coupon is still there/available. Maybe this is either location dependant or something else? Not sure if it matters, but I am not a prime member. I also just submitted a screenshot and marked what the coupon should look like.

Go to other sellers option and look for sold and shipped by Amazon and the coupon is there.
