FYI, there's some other BS fee attached that ends up making the total $120ish. That said we did this last go around, I don't regret it.

Just did this this morning. First tried Chat and lady first asked for a screenshot after telling her I got an email for the 5yr for 149. Only had a screenshot of the 3yr for 99 from OPs link althought putting in my radio id just takes me to my account and obviously not eligible online. She wouldnt budge and offered me the 4.99 for 12 mo deal which i declined. Then called 800# and call center was closed so opted for a text sms chat. Showed this rep the same screenshot for 3yrs for 99. This rep still asked if my offer showed my radioID. I told him it didnt show anything and he went ahead and gave it to me anyway and got partial credit for my current month to month thats about 6.99/mo. Dont give up!

Thanks OP - just signed up 2 cars for 3 years. Did it through chat so it took over an hour but I could surf other stuff and always got a alert when they responded

Since OP's link showed I wasnt qualified, I opted to chat with an agent (text messaging) instead and got the deal right away with just 1 simple question. No haggle, no begging, nothing.

Thank you! I forgot my current promo expired 3 months ago so I got whacked $22/month past 3 months, doh! Chatting with Agent was a bit of a struggle as it can be sometimes. I have a 2014 GMC Sierra and he was basically saying only certain radios qualify. I basically said "It comes down to this. I cancel my account and go back to FM or you help me renew with the 99/3 promo" and once I said that they budged. Typically when you start threatening them to leave, they'll hook you up on a promo. Same song and dance for the past 20 years with them... Cheers to 3 years!!!!

I got this offer through chat on an old vehicle (07) and wanted to transfer the subscription to a newer vehicle (18), but it gave me the error message "We're sorry, but we are either unable to complete this transaction online or your subscription plan is ineligible to transfer. For assistance, please chat with an agent or call 855-227-6738 to speak with a Listener Care agent."

The 2018 vehicle had a trail subscription which I canceled earlier today. I also removed it from my account. Did I miss any step to transfer the subscription? Anyone has done the transfer by calling?

My last promo was set to expire today. Called yesterday said I wanted to go ahead and cancel due to the price increase. They cam back and offered 30% off yearly. Simply replied that I don't know what I would take that offer when I know the an offer exists for 3yr @ $99. Rep put me on hold and came back with the details of the plan and charged my card. Simple as that and 3 years is great for me

Website says my 2017 car is not eligible for the promotion (it was last active in June 2021). I did a chat session, and I was able to get the 3 for $99 promotion.

Sound quality is somewhere between AM and FM. Thumb drive in my car with thousands of tracks takes care of that.
