just an FYI -- $100 for opening a credit card is not that great.

2% cashback is not bad, although citi double cashback has the same, but offers $200 for opening that credit card.

It's cash they put on an Apple branded visa debit card, you can transfer it to your bank account, spend it directly, or they automatically use it for Apple card payments

After you have been approved for the new Apple Card, you can just go into Wallet app and look for the white Master card with Apple logo. Tap on that for card details. No need to add card to that.

Basically. If you shop at Apple.com you can get 0% interest for 12 months on a MacBook for example. But you can also get the same thing with Amazon rewards credit card.

The $100 is non expiring cash. The 7 days is to make any purchase on the card to qualify.

I am just trying to think if it is worth a credit hit. Especially now, with more CC issuers looking at how many cards you got in the last 12-24 months. Chase still has that hard 5/24 rule.
