Long story short, I have been with them for 9+ years, but my status has been showing "Gold" which qulified only for $100 each new phone. I contacted BBB for reward card matter and at the same time, I raised the concern that I should have been Platinum! They realized the issue and upgraded me to Platinum....now I'm also asking the rep that they bump my reward to $200 (Platinum tier). But the rep says the offer was $100 for all tiers which we all know is not right!
Could someone who is "Platinum", please post a screen shot indicating $200 reward on new phone then? I see some of you posted the similar screen shots for $300 (diamond tier)...but I need the same for Platinum if you can post or DM me.
