700c wheels fit riders 64 to 74 inches tall.
The size ranges given for these Walmart bikes are ridiculous. A 10" height difference between smaller and larger riders is guaranteed to be a poor fit for a significant percentage of them.
Compare to something like the REI bike which comes in four different frame sizes (all 700c wheels) to provide a much better, safer, and more comfortable fit.

I just compared it it's, 2.5 times more expensive.
If the bike doesn't fit, you're probably not going to enjoy riding it.
Why are you buying a bike in the first place? If comfort and fun aren't part of the equation, then feel free to ignore my advice to get a bike that properly fits.
BTW, the size chart on the product page indicates a much more reasonable height range of 5'7"-5'10" for Schwinn's 700c bikes.

For my kids that are constantly growing and leaving their bikes where ever. I would rather have $175 bike ripped off. When they get bigger I'll get them a nice bike,
I have a nice bike, but for them it's a sorted collection of Garage sale and slickdeal bikes
That bike is for people 6' tall who want to ride off-road in the dirt. If that's you, it's a pretty decent deal. If not, then it's a terrible deal.
If you are a "real man" you ride it even if you are 5'6" (sarcasm)
Seriously, don't. If between sizes, the safe choice is to go down, not up. If you are "racing" or aspiring to be, again, rarely the choice is to go bigger (be it for EWS, XCO or the TDF, actually, the vast majority of riders size down or are on the edge of upper range for the recommended sizing for consumers).
Curb your enthusiasm and machismo, find a bike that fits you or just skip.
