I just listened to this book on Audible. I gave it 5 stars. A truly fascinating book, that started fast and stayed fast. The narrator was excellent. It didn't bog you down with trivia.
Coraline was my favorite, but I consider this one better.

Possibly, and probably, but its not guaranteed. I listened to this a long time ago and I'm pretty sure it was a full cast sort of like a radio play. I think newer versions of his stuff usually have him narrating, but older versions may be him or someone else.

Wait till you listen to sandman, probably the best produced audiobook of all time
I did listen to it last year. I found it difficult to follow. I ordered the kindle version and simultaneously used the kindle and the audible. I really enjoyed the graphics on the kindle version.
I recently started American Gods. That's another tough one to follow. I then discovered it was a series on Starz, with the first episode free on Amazon. That made the first few chapters of the book come together. I'll have to get one of the bargain subscriptions for Starz, so I can watch it just before I read the chapters.
