1. 120 days starts from 1st bill date, not order date and not phone activation date. 1st bill date will be 2 days after phone activation.
2. It's better to start a 5th month bill, wait 2 days and then cancel/ port out. It will be a prorated bill anyway.
3. $20 is the min plan plus about $5 in various taxes.

You can immediately remove the Google Fi SIM and put another SIM in the Fold 4. You just can't put the Google Fi SIM into another phone or they will charge back. So it's unlocked and can be used asap with any carrier you wish. Google SIM just goes in drawer to be safe.

If you look at the recent Google fi posts people claim it works. Worked for me (for my order today) and they accepted it and specifically knew it was "google voice" so I hope it works. Not against their terms since it is a port and is not fi.
