I did the S22 Google fi promo, and couple of suggestions/warnings.

1. 120 days starts from 1st bill date, not order date and not phone activation date. 1st bill date will be 2 days after phone activation.

2. It's better to start a 5th month bill, wait 2 days and then cancel/ port out. It will be a prorated bill anyway.

3. $20 is the min plan plus about $5 in various taxes.

Incorrect. You can immediately remove the Google Fi SIM and put another SIM in the Fold 4. You just can't put the Google Fi SIM into another phone or they will charge back. So it's unlocked and can be used asap with any carrier you wish. Google SIM just goes in drawer to be safe.

Am I able to sign up for the cheapest fi plan ($20), take the fi sim out, enter Verizon sim, pay the 4 months of fi service and cancel afterwards and continue using the phone on my Verizon account?

Edit: or no since I'd of ported my number to fi?
