This card is roughly in line, speed-wise, with the 2070 and 2060 Super, as well as the 1080ti. Just FYI, for those who want to know. Me? I am holding limes.

So annoying, I thought the higher end units would be on sale vs these things. I am waiting for a 6700 XT or 6800 XT sapphire nitro to bottom out.

Actually, you are correct, I would NOT buy another 8GB gpu! I halready ahas 2 rigs witha 8GB 1070 and 1080...both runs every game I play @1440P 60-100+FPS. Looking to upgrade to a 12-16GB gpu in a few years...just remember how AMD and Nvidia screwed gamers over for 2 years!!!!
