12oz=0.75 lbs at $3 that would be $4/lb. at $2.37 mentioned by nismos14 above that would be $3.16/lb. Not sure where $24 comes from, nor why the per lb price would matter to begin with. As to quality, I've never had these but they're a 4.4/5 with over 10k reviews, so they can't be all that bad, I'm thinking. They have been cheaper before, but for whatever odd reason went way up in price about March, and are approximately back down to the level they've been at historically. YMMV if that constitutes a deal or not.

Got these last time. Once you get past the texture (a little soft with a very slight crunch on top) they are really good. And if you're into having a biscoff cookie with your coffee, then this cookie might actually be better - which is saying a lot. I only eat/dunk these with coffee. They're not bad by themselves but it's the icing on the cake when paired with a hot cup of coffee.
