Just ordered a used excellent condition one from Best Buy for $366 but was able to pick one up at Target for $379. Will just return the BB one before I open it.

Stainless steel is way better than the aluminum models in many ways. I had a space black version which looked very well even after years of daily usage, it ages well. Also, you have the stronger sapphire glass material instead of the ion-x glass which makes it more scratch resistant. I never had any scratches on my watch and never had to worry about bumping into anything.

Strange thing. Picked up a 45mm midnight for my dad. Got it back, wouldn't turn it on. Sat on charger with "green snake of death" for over 30 minutes and it still wouldn't turn on. Obviously has some issues. Swapped out at Target (a different once in case it was a bad batch sent to them)- got home same thing.

Not sure if it helps, but did you try force restart?

Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, or until the Apple logo appears.

Really depends on what you want to do with it. For me it allows for a $10 per month insurance policy that reassures me when I go for a run and I am otherwise untethered. Some things in life are just worth it. To me, this is one of them.

One additional pro and con for the cellular version, though. The pro is that you don't have to use it/turn it on even if you have it in the watch. The con is that Apple Watches don't hold tons of resale value, so you're not going to get that difference back if you sell it later.

You have to charge it up to an hour or so for it to wake up sometimes. And did you have a usb c fast charger? Just let it sit and wake
