The Pixel 7 Pro sports a 6.7-inch LTPO QHD+ display (3120 x 1440 pixels) with 120Hz refresh rate support, versus the Pixel 7's 6.3-inch FHD+ panel (2400 x 1080) with a 90Hz refresh rate.
The Pixel 7 Pro also has a slightly bigger footprint overall as it is both taller and wider than the regular Pixel 7.
You also get more RAM with the Pixel 7 Pro at 12GB. The Pixel 7 tops out at 8GB of RAM.
The high-end Pixel 7 Pro also has a bigger battery at 5,000mAh versus a 4,355mAh unit inside the Pixel 7.
The regular Pixel 7 only has a dual camera setup whereas the Pixel 7 Pro has three cameras at the back which includes a 48MP telephoto lens for 5x optical zoom.

Trading in my 6 Pro for $480. That $200 credit is a nice bonus.
I also ordered a 7 Pro for my wife. She also has a trade-in.
When we get both of the $200 credits next week I will use that to buy my wife a Pixel watch.
