1. Go to the "Order Details" page for your order on bestbuy.com. This page likely says "Shipping Kit on its way" for the trade in status.
2. Open Developer Console in Chrome. Navigate to the "Networks" tab and reload the page.
3. Search for "trade" in the search box.
4. You should see 3 results - the third begins with "2002..." for me. Click on this one.
5. Click on "tradeInStatusInfo" -> "fulfillment" -> "tracking".
You will see the tracking number of the return shipping UPS label. You should also see a "isBoxShipped" field that likely reflects if your trade-in kit has shipped yet.

The taxes on the bonus TIV are not refunded because the original TIV is not subtracted from the original purchase price and is treated as a post-purchase discount (and is refundable unlike the bonus TIV). The taxes on the original TIV is refunded because it's deducted from the original purchase price.
