- NJ: When I did an in-store pickup of an online-order, tax was automatically calculated on (price - TIV_promo - TIV_normal). But when I did an in-store purchasing today, tax was calculated on (price - TIV_promo). According to the representative, this is because TIV_normal is processes as a GC and it has to be applied after the checkout, so the tax is charged on that part. Don't know if this is all true to CA or other states.

1. Go to the "Order Details" page for your order on bestbuy.com. This page likely says "Shipping Kit on its way" for the trade in status.
2. Open Developer Console in Chrome. Navigate to the "Networks" tab and reload the page.
3. Search for "trade" in the search box.
4. You should see 3 results - the third begins with "2002..." for me. Click on this one.
5. Click on "tradeInStatusInfo" -> "fulfillment" -> "tracking".
You will see the tracking number of the return shipping UPS label. You should also see a "isBoxShipped" field that likely reflects if your trade-in kit has shipped yet.

Anyone had success with mail in tradein for iPhone XR from total wireless ? What option did you select for mail tradein ?

I was planning to trade-in an iPhone XR that I just received yesterday from StraightTalk instead of my P6 which will be gifted to a family member with older phone. I initially ordered a black and lemongrass P7 on 1st day of pre-orders with a trade-in using P6 and both those are ready for pick-up but I don't think we can switch the trade-in, right? As in, take an iPhone XR in for a trade-in option I selected using P6?
