- The $100 gift card is now included with the Pixel 7 in Snow, as of October 11.

Trade-in value notes:
- In states CA (please add more), tax is charged on (price - TIV_promo).
- In states NJ, NY, tax is charged on (price - TIV_promo - TIV_normal).
- NJ: When I did an in-store pickup of an online-order, tax was automatically calculated on (price - TIV_promo - TIV_normal). But when I did an in-store purchasing today, tax was calculated on (price - TIV_promo). According to the representative, this is because TIV_normal is processes as a GC and it has to be applied after the checkout, so the tax is charged on that part. Don't know if this is all true to CA or other states.

- I've done in-store trade-ins a few times at Best Buy. They only do a cursory look at the phone, to make sure it matches the color and condition. They don't care if it is carrier locked or is still being financed. -RonaldM

1. Go to the "Order Details" page for your order on bestbuy.com. This page likely says "Shipping Kit on its way" for the trade in status.
2. Open Developer Console in Chrome. Navigate to the "Networks" tab and reload the page.
3. Search for "trade" in the search box.
4. You should see 3 results - the third begins with "2002..." for me. Click on this one.
5. Click on "tradeInStatusInfo" -> "fulfillment" -> "tracking".
You will see the tracking number of the return shipping UPS label. You should also see a "isBoxShipped" field that likely reflects if your trade-in kit has shipped yet.

Is there one that is glass and works great with the finger print sensor?
I went back to the wet-apply orange-peel kind for my Pixel 6 Pro and am wondering if a working glass one exists now.

Maybe he meant he was able to use his pre-existing BB GC to pay for the phone when doing pickup at the store.

My S22 just feels like a better phone overall. And the biggest surprise is that the selfie camera is actually better on my S22 compared to the P7Pro. The Pixel produces horrible over processed portrait shots in lower light. The S22 shots are just so much better. The P7Pro wins when it comes to the zoom and photo editing features, but that's about it for me. The photo editing features are quite impressive though, so it may be worth to keep a base P7 around just for those.
I was really not expecting this, but buying the Pixel 7 Pro made me like my S22 256gb even more.
I also tried to bring the phone to store but they don't take trade-in now if you did that online, this is very annoying..
Anyone here with pre-order for P7 Snow and ETA on 10/18 in the same boat? My other orders have Pixel 6 for trade-in but this one was placed with iPhone XR and BB in-store rep told me I can't trade-in the iPhone on an order that I picked Pixel 6 as the trade-in device.
I had to order online ship to home because the Pixel 7 Pro color I wanted wasn't available for pickup in store for weeks. Now the new phone comes by UPS tomorrow but I do NOT want to mail back my 11 Pro Max trade-in and risk someone denying it or have to wait a week for the trade in credit.
Question: Can I take trade-in phone to physical store even though I ordered online ship to home? Do I have to mail back the trade-in no choice to take it to physical store to process trade-in inspection/credit?
Thank you.

You could return the P7Pro to the store, then have them setup a new order for you, with a P7Pro being shipped to your home. If you order instore, they can process the trade instore.
